ROLE
We have an immediate requirement for a Development & Project Manager to work within the existing Investment team – this role will take responsibility for oversight of a portfolio of investments insuring programme, cost and risk are properly managed by working closely with project partners, contractors and consultants. The role will involve:
- Overseeing underlying development teams to identify early stage project risks & deliver projects effectively
- Proactively managing the projects construction process identifying key risks to project delivery and managing budget or funding
- Work together with project developers and partners to scope and select project advisers and consultants
- Work together with project developers and partners to identify and select equipment suppliers, EPC and O&M contractors for projects
- Commercial review and negotiation of term sheets and contracts
PERSON
Candidates will ideally come from a technical/engineering or construction/development background and have 5-10 years project or commercial management experience focused on Wind or Solar projects through the development and/or the construction life-cycle.
The role will be accompanied with a highly competitive and market leading remuneration package commensurate with the seniority of the role.
